Welcome to the first Luxury Antiques Weekend at Stapleford Park

Set in the beautiful Leicestershire countryside, Stapleford Park provides the ultimate country house venue for a boutique style event of the highest calibre. As one of England's finest stately homes, Stapleford Park offers a stunning blend of architecture, history and landscape. The new fair will be offering the best in art, antiques and stylish objects for the home from around twenty exhibitors, all of them reputable specialist dealers from across the UK. The vast majority are members of either The British Antique Dealers' Association or LAPADA The Association of Art & Antiques Dealers.

A three day vetted fair

Displays of the finest jewellery, silver, town and country furniture, ceramics, traditional and modern oil paintings and watercolours, romantic and contemporary sculpture, oriental carpets, book illustrations, arms & armour, glass and other objets d'art are there to tempt you, ranging in price from the modest to five figure sums.

Refreshments are available in a purpose built marquee on the lawn adjacent to the Grand Hall where the fair is held. Guest can also enjoy lunch if pre-booked in the elegant Grinling Gibbon Restaurant, or take light meals and afternoon tea in the Drawing Room and Library or on the Terrace. Telephone 01572 787000.

Stapleford is located within easy reach of several international and regional airports. East Midlands International Airport is only forty five minutes away by car. The International Airport at Birmingham is about an hour and half away, Luton an hour and a half and Heathrow, Stansted and Manchester International Airports are all approximately two hours by road

Intercity trains from London Kings Cross leave almost every hour and the journey takes just over one hour to reach Grantham.
